South Cotswold Ramblers

We assemble at the Scout Centre at Cranham for Jill and Sue’s (and Gladys’) walk

And it’s uphill straight away

And through woods where we encounter mud for the first time in ages

There are some steep climbs here

And we’re at the top of the Cheese Rolling hill

With views over Gloucester

Inevitably it’s downhill

Where we meet a black cat with a red collar and gold bow

From the Cotswold Way there are views over to the Malverns

Up from the Cotswold Way to Ladlecombe

Then in the last ten minutes it hammered down!
