We head off down the valley
Towards Westley Farm
Poppies along the roadside
Looking very colourful
Wonder what that was used for
Past farm buildings
Now heading steeply down into the valley
Following a lane over the railway
To Valley Corner
Where they sell honey and children
And cats
Now skirting the hillside
Clover
Into the woods for a coffee break before we head downhill
Back into the valley
And along to Bakers Mill
Where we folllow the canal on one side
And the Mill pond on the other
The well known canal cottage
Crossing the canal we stop for a drink
Then continue up the valley
To Whitehall Bridge
Where we leave the canal and head uphill stopping to talk to some rescue ponies
On both sides of the path
Now crossing the railway line
On the rather infamous crossing
Back up through Frampton Mansell
Past the church
With final views across the valley to Chalford
