Despite fears of flooding, Loren and Harry’s walk from Maisemore is going to be fine.

We gather at a kissing gate

Then walk along a fairly fast flowing river Severn where there is graffiti on all the bridges. Love the kingfisher.

We pass through Richard’s Wood, where the map shows the appropriately named Sod Meadow (possibly now called Sudmeadow?).

Into Gloucester Docks for coffee and ice cream

Flooded fields but passable on foot

Then we come onto the windy bridge at Over before following a path next to the A417 back to the village hall
