		*In Belford we leave the Medium Group being briefed .
		* And set off .
		We pass this fortified house .
		We make our way across country .
		Do you ever see a cow smile .
		* Photographers get behind .
		* But we don't care .
		Bluebells a bit later than back home .
		* Down we go to a farm .
		* Where a huge racket is coming from this fella (the Medium Group reported he was still at it in the afternoon!) .
		Plenty of spare wheels .
		* We head up .
		* Into the woods .
		We look across to the Cheviots .
		Enid gives us some perspective of this giant rock .
		Somebody is catching us up .
		As we approach St Cuthbert's Cave .
		The Easier Group make their way uphill .
		*We head even higher .
		*To the summit .
		We have views of Holy Island .
		* And Lindisfarne Castle .
		* Peter, our leader .
		*Looking across the peat beds .
		And to Bamburgh Castle- our walk on day 7 .
We then walk down to Holburn Lake .
*Well inhabited already .
* Time for lunch .
After which we pick up a forest track .
* Past this place in the woods .
* Where some of us spot this flower .
* An unusual type of fritilliary? UPDATE. Ray has worked it out - we think it is Water Avens or Geum Rivale - read more HERE and HERE .
