		Our weekend away (4-7 May), organised by Brian, was based on Dartmouth Golf and Country Club. On our way there we stopped at Staverton where we enjoyed a trip on the South Devon Railway followed by a short walk round the Dartington Estate. By some miracle of planning all 31 members arrived in good time to catch the train and we had a most successful day in a very pretty area with beautiful spring sunshine. .
		En route to Dartmouth we break our journey at Staverton .

		Before boarding a train .
		In our reserved coach .
		And heading to Totnes .
		Where we turn round - a chance for some to examine the engine .

		Before heading to Buckfastleigh where we had a chance .
		To go round the engine sheds . .
		Looking at the exhibits .
		This one ready for a Thomas the Tank Engine day on Sunday .
		Before returning to Staverton and commencing our walk round the Dartington Estate .

		Then through the woods .
		Through the estate property .
		And back along the river .
		In glorious sunshine .
		Watching a passing train as we head back the station and on to our hotel ..
