(Thank you to Derek for the photos and captions)
Joe leads us on a lovely day. Here is the group mug shot, posing near to Hen's Cliff..
Earlier we had taken a tea break next to a pond between Newmills Farm and Tresham..
Further up the valley towards Tresham.
The view back down the valley from Tresham.
Wortley Hill and beyond from Hen's Cliff near Tresham.
We pause to admire the views.
Joe explains the view to the Group.
Another viewpoint a bit further on.
Derek takes the picture (spot the shadow) over Newark Park and Ozleworth Park.
Is it Joe or is it a sheepdog?
Impromptu drink stop a little further on.
The so-called London Bridge - no stage coaches or trains to be seen.
Having our sarnies in Ozleworth churchyard.
Cotswold Way, diversion near to Wortley on our return.
Long November Group shadows across the diverted Cotswold Way.
Alderley Church at the end of the walk - note the time on the clock.
