BEFORE and ....
The stepping stones over the river Frome near Miserden (SO 949077) in swirling flood conditions in about 2002. The problem was initially reported to the Highways Authority way back in 1999, if not before.		Quieter waters but still submerged and treacherously slippery.
AFTER ...
Everyone is pleased to be able to use the new bridge as the stones are still under water, even in (admittedly a very wet) June (2007).		That's better!
