		A spring evening of Stygian gloom as we leave Uley on one of our evening walks .
		And head uphill .
		Pausing at the top of Uley Bury . .
		To look at Downham Hill .
		And over towards Dursley .
		Before heading back down - no sign of the promised sunset .
		At least there are a few bluebells .
		Steve and Rosemary, our leaders, pause as we reach the bottom of the hill .
		Before we have a short walk along the Dursley road .
		Where we examine some more spring flowers .
		And a mucky pond .
		A couple of dogs come out to say hello .
		Soon we pass Uley Church .
		And reach the end of our walk .

As you can see, we thoroughly enjoy getting to know the South Cotswolds. We try to keep fit and succeed in having a good old chat.
