		What better place for new leader Brian to start than a graveyard ..
		So he takes us round introducing us to some of the VIPs in Holy Trinity graveyard in Amberley .
		Including that of Sir Fabian Ware, who, after being turned down as too old to fight in the Great War, worked for the Red Cross in command of a mobile ambulance unit, and had the idea to record where servicemen fell and indeed founded the Imperial War Graves Commission (notice the War Graves style headstone) - he lived in Amberley after moving from Bristol - CLICK to read all about him on the CWGC website and also the Wikipedia entry . .
		After which we head off along the edge of the Common .
		Has someone got a gun in his back? .
		Climbing up on the other side of the valley .
		We head over to North Woodchester .
		Pausing to regroup .
		Before a walk through woods reveals .
		A variety of different fungi .
		We head uphill .
		The climb getting steeper .
		As we look back across the valley to Rodborough Fort .
		Before descending on the other side of the hill .
		To Selsley Church with its protective covering while the roof is repaired .
		A quick turnaround and its back up Selsley Common .
		A few smiles .
		Views over the Stanleys .
		Our path now near Bown Hill Farm .
		Then back down the hill .
		And across the fields .
		With views of Woodchester Church .
		Till we find an old oak tree to sit under while we have lunch .
		We prepare to move off .
		Across a bridge in the bottom of the valley .
		Climbing up into Woodchester again .
		Then we walk down to the Main road and back up to Amberley .
