		And judging by this look it applies to the man behind the camera as well .
		We set off round Stratford Park, the Museum in the background .
		Lawns neatly cut .
		Six guinea fowl. Whats that in decimal? .
		We climb from Salmon Springs .
		Looking back across the valley .
		A chance to take another look at the view .
		Before entering the woods .
		Approaching Pitchcombe .
		Carefully crossing the road by the Edgemoor Inn .
		We follow the Cotswold Way .
		Down into the valley- still looking a bit sullen John! .
		Chance for a group photo by the Cotswold Way Marker .
		As we head downhill .
		Over the stream .
		Still on the National Trail .
		Flattening ourselves against a wall to let a car past .
		As we enter Painswick .
		Now something seems to have cheered John up at lunchtime in the garden of the Falcon .
		We then rejoin those who have opted for sandwiches in the churchyard .
		Before starting off on our afternoon walk .
		Along the other side of the valley .
		Crossing swollen streams .
		And fighting through impenetrable jungle .
		Until we cross a stile .
		And come into sight of Stroud .
		Dropping down to Folly Lane .
		Our leader now joining the backmarker as we make our way back through the Park .

As you can see, we thoroughly enjoy getting to know the South Cotswolds. We try to keep fit and succeed in having a good old chat.
