		We set off from South Cerney .
		Following an old railway track .
		Round a disused viaduct .
		We need a volunteer to see if they are edible .
		Not seen a weather vane like this before .
		A pause for Kathy to show us the lock and cottage being renovated .
		Before we reach the new bridge - Kathy exlains that the metal work represents bullrushes .
		We continue along the canal path .
		One of the old round houses .
		Stopping for coffee by an old lock in the morning sunshine .
		We now circle a lake .
		We watch as the owners fail to coax this Newfoundland, a well known water dog, into the lake .
		We continue across water meadows .
		Picking up the track back to South Cerney .
		A chance to watch some water skiing .
		And the South Cerney Sailing Club .

		We cross the stream as we approach South Cerney .
		Looking back at the water mill .
		And the Church across the allotments .
		As with rivers either side .
		We arrive back at Silver Street and the end of our walk .
