		Leaving the reservoir we head off across Minchinhampton Common . .
		To this tunnel - a feature which Di and I had intended to put on a walk for some time .. .
		On the other side we are greeted by this fellow and a few of his friends . .
		Our route takes us through Watledge . .
		Then down the hill towards Theescombe .. .
		Where we pass the old Court House . .
		And get an unusual view of Dunkirk Manor . .
		Before walking through Theescombe . .
		A good year for sunflowers, if not sun! . .

		We now walk through the Manor Woods . .
		Before climbing up to Rodborough Common . .
		With views down to Woodchester . .
		As we walk round the edge of the Common . .
		We now look across Cainscross and Ebley to Doverow . .
The new inhabitants of Rodborough Fort . .
At least they have an impressive gateway . .
We continue round the Common . .
Stopping reluctantly at Winstones ice cream factory . .
We like ice cream too . .
	Then we set off across the Common to the cars .

	As you can see, we thoroughly enjoy getting to know the South Cotswolds. We try to keep fit and succeed in having a good old chat.
