		As we wait at the starting point Bernard does his usual hard sell on walks books . .
		And we head off soon getting our first taste of the mud to come . .
		Climbing the hill with the Severn behind hidden in the haze . .

		Before we head downhill . .
		Past Madams End Farm . .
		Eventually finding a cross country jump making a good seat for coffee . .
		Bernard pauses to look at the map . .
		As we start a detour forced on us by impassible stiles . .
		It's all hands to the fence as we free Bernard from some barbed wire . .
		Then we head past Elmore Church .
		Where we pause briefly outside the entrance . .
		Go on Bernard, you find a way across and we will follow . .

	As you can see, we thoroughly enjoy getting to know the South Cotswolds. We try to keep fit and succeed in having a good old chat. If you are interested in coming with us, see our walks programme and ring the leader if you have any questions about a particular walk. After two or three walks we hope you will then want to join the group as part of the national Ramblers' Association.
