	Angela and Patrick led the group on a walk in the Forest of Dean.
	We set off from Mireystock beside a small lake.
	We walk along Brain's tramway to Drybrook Road Station and continue towards Waterloo Colliery.
	We pass the Dilke Hospital and later walk down Spruce Drive to the Speech House.
	The new leaves are emerging as we pass below the forest trees.
	From Beechenhurst we use the nature trail.
	At Mireystock, we look at an old rail route.
	The cheerful flowers of yellow gorse.
	We look at the abandoned railway and imagine the former industrial scenes at the old mines and railways which we have seen today.
