| After about half a mile there is a rear view of Chavenage House and its grounds. | |

| Over the fields to the right we spot Beverston Castle adjacent to a farm. | |

| Over to the left is the unmistakeable tall, thin spire of Tetbury parish church. The clumps of trees on the skyline identify the Marlborough Downs in Wiltshire. | |

| In Beverston churchyard there are signs of Spring. You may be able to spot a few yellow winter aconites surfacing through the old leaves and behind them them some snowdrops. | |
