A historic day - Anne (on the
left) leads us on our Group's FIRST EVER Weekday Walk. We are planning
to continue these at least twice a month for the time being. Judging by
the response today, the future looks bright! |

Here Anne leads us up towards
the Tyndale Monument. |
We had just come through
Westridge Woods, where the colours were magnificent. |
Deep shadows and bright skies
in November as we head for the top. |
Down an old steep route
towards North Nibley village. |
Under the hill towards our
drink stop. |
So dry in November, can this
be England? |
The silvery white of the
underside of these leaves made an amzing sight, in contrast to the
Autumn colours. |
Back to the centre of Wotton,
where some of us had a very good lunch at the Falcon, now under new
management. A dining club with walks you might sometimes think! |
